Online Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Online Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer success roles.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of online customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services - Provide prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone - Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products - Analyze customer data to identify trends and recommend improvements to the customer experience - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for growth within existing customer accounts

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Proven experience in a customer success or related role - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
