Job Description - Online Customer Support Manager

Job description:


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as an Online Customer Support Manager at W.R. Berkley in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a full-time position at the Associate Level with a minimum requirement of 5 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the online customer support team to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues promptly and effectively - Utilize customer support software and tools to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience - Prepare regular reports on customer support metrics and KPIs for management review


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in people management and team leadership - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in customer support software and tools - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience working in a dynamic and challenging work environment is a plus
