Job Description - Online Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:


WEC Energy Group is currently seeking an Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will be independent, hardworking, have strong negotiation skills, and be able to collaborate effectively with others.


Responsibilities: - Provide online customer support via chat, email, and social media platforms - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and feedback regarding products and services - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers - Work closely with the marketing team to identify opportunities for improvement in customer support processes - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Knowledge of online customer support best practices - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
