Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Online Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Ford Motor in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our online customers, ensuring a positive experience and resolution to any issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, promotions, and policies. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and escalations in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team initiatives. 7. Stay up to date on company products and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. 4. Proficient in computer applications and online tools. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 6. Planning and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 7. Must be a team player and have the ability to work independently.
