Job Description - Online Support Assistant


Job Description:


Kimberly-Clark is seeking a dedicated and energetic Online Support Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide online support to customers through various channels such as email, chat, and social media. 2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner. 3. Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns. 4. Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and services online. 5. Monitor online reviews and feedback to address customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online customer support. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and systems for online support.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Persuasive and able to effectively influence customer behavior. 6. Previous experience with online customer support platforms and tools. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 8. Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing is a plus.
