Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Huntsman is seeking an experienced Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer support through various chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through online chat platforms in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, technical support, and assistance with online orders - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to management

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in online customer support or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Driven mentality with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Knowledge of e-commerce practices and procedures - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
