Online Web Chat Specialist

Job Description:

MetLife is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Web Chat Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate level role, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through online chat support to address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner. 2. Utilize online chat tools and platforms to communicate effectively with customers and provide accurate information. 3. Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department. 4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service orientation at all times. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Hardworking and confident individual who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong research skills to find solutions to customer inquiries. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. 5.
