Job Description:
EY, a global leader in professional services, is seeking a Support Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level Support Assistant with 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support to our team of professionals.
Responsibilities: - Organize and maintain files and records - Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports - Coordinate meetings and appointments - Handle incoming calls and emails - Assist with project management tasks - Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders - Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and managing office equipment - Provide support for special projects as needed
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar role - Hardworking and resourceful - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent time management abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
