Job Description:
Deere is seeking a Remote Support Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a Remote Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, hardworking, innovative, and skilled in negotiation.
Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products or services - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member for further assistance - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and updates to provide accurate and timely support - Assist in developing and implementing new support strategies and procedures - Meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer support
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and remote support tools - Knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
