Job Description:


Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking a Support Manager to join our dynamic team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the support operations of our organization. This position is ideal for someone with 7 years of experience and a strong background in support management.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of support staff to ensure efficient and effective support services are provided to internal and external customers. 2. Develop and implement support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service delivery. 3. Monitor support tickets and prioritize them based on urgency and impact on business operations. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex support issues and find long-term solutions. 5. Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support staff. 6. Analyze support metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement. 7. Develop and maintain support documentation and knowledge base for reference by support staff.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 2. 7 years of experience in support management. 3. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and engage a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure. 6. Proficient in using support tools and software. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
