Support Representative

Job Description:

Lam Research is currently seeking a Support Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being confident and resilient.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues - Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer support processes and systems - Provide product training and guidance to customers as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong attention to detail and ability to innovate solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
