Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Fidelity Canada is seeking a resourceful and confident Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a web chat assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. You will assist customers with inquiries, provide information about products and services, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through web chat - Provide information about products and services - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards - Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to better assist customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with others - Proficiency in using web chat software and other computer applications - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally
