Job description: Dillard’s is seeking a Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support on our website. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through web chat - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other inquiries - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proficiency in written communication - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and hardworking attitude - Project management and negotiation skills - Bachelor’s degree preferred
