Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Baxter International is seeking a dynamic Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our online users through web chat. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong motivation to succeed and reliability in meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide information, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize project management skills to efficiently prioritize and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Adapt to changing customer needs and company policies to ensure a positive customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Continuously strive to improve service quality and efficiency through feedback and self-improvement

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role - Motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong adaptability and project management skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
