Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

WellCare Health Plans is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Web Chat Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through the web chat platform - Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized interactions - Assist with monitoring and improving the quality of our web chat services - Follow company guidelines and protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience as a customer service representative or in a similar role - Adaptable and able to handle a fast-paced work environment - Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Strong leadership and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
