Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Core-Mark Holding is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Web Chat Associate in Montreal, Quebec. As an Entry Level Web Chat Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions with customers. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask and problem-solve efficiently, and a high level of professionalism.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through online chat - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Use critical thinking and decision-making skills to handle complex situations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Confident and independent personality traits - Strong decision-making and planning skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
