Job Description:
Kindred Healthcare is seeking a Web Chat Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform and ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize web chat effectiveness and efficiency - Monitor web chat performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve customer engagement - Train and mentor a team of web chat agents to provide superior customer service - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 8+ years of experience in web chat management or a related role - Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights - Proven track record of project management and delivering results on time and within budget - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Adaptable and dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction - Experience with web chat platforms and CRM systems
