Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Web Chat Manager to join our team at Reynolds American in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in web chat management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction through web chat platforms - Manage a team of web chat agents to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers - Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement chatbot technology and other automated solutions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web chat management - Provide training and support to web chat agents to enhance their skills and performance - Ensure that all web chat interactions comply with company policies and guidelines

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven experience in web chat management - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Strong cooperation skills and ability to work well in a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web chat platforms
