Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

CST Brands is seeking a motivated and hardworking Web Chat Officer to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Web Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. You will play a key role in assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing product information.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via online chat platforms - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Research product information to provide accurate and helpful responses - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless online customer experience - Meet established metrics for response times and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 2 years of experience in customer service or online chat support - Strong written communication skills - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and multitasking - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Motivated and hardworking attitude - Strong problem-solving and research skills
