Remote Web Chat Representative

We are looking for a motivated and resilient Remote Web Chat Representative to join our team at EOG Resources in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level employee, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services, and resolve customer complaints. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service. 4. Meet and exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings. 5. Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues and escalate as needed. 6. Demonstrate emotional intelligence in interactions with customers to create positive experiences. 7. Maintain a positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced, remote work environment. 8. Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Excellent problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficiency in computer and internet usage. 5. Resilience in handling challenging customer interactions. 6. Experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
