Web Chat Representative - Work from home

As a Web Chat Representative at GHD Canada Holdings, you will have the opportunity to work from home in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through online chat platforms. This full-time position at an Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively through web chat - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers - Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments - Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies - Meet or exceed performance goals set by management

Requirements: - Must be independent and reliable with the ability to work from home without direct supervision - Strong adaptability and strategic planning skills - Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism - Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace at home - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
