Job Description

As a Sales associate, your primary responsibility is to build a connection with the customer, providing them with everything they need and need to know to enjoy their sport. You will become a brand Ambassador, a promoter of a healthy active lifestyle and a Hockey fan.

Description of the Role

Our ideal team member is very organized and can adapt to a continually changing workload while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• You will understand our customers and their needs, help them, and answer their complaints calmly and professionally.
• Answer phone calls.
• Ensure the store's cleanliness is up to our standards.
• Most importantly, you will help us build relationships!

Required Education and Skills

• A high school or post-secondary education is preferred.
• Knowledge of sports, specifically hockey is essential
• Great communication skills
• Previous retail experience is an asset
• Any experience playing hockey would be considered an asset
