Redhead Equipment has an exciting career opportunity for a Service Manager at our Regina branch. This position will oversee the repair and maintenance of heavy trucking and construction equipment. The Service Manager will provide leadership to a department of professionally trained Service Technicians, Foreman, and Service Administration staff. Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities: Exemplary leadership abilities and experience in a similar position Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the equipment service industry Having a Journeyperson certificate in a related field would be beneficial but not necessary Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to provide outstanding customer service in an effective and efficient manner Inspired to identify and capitalize on the significant growth opportunities in the service industry Redhead Equipment offers an industry leading compensation package, RRSP plan, advancement opportunities, on-going training and a positive work environment.
