Store Supervisor-Retail

Naveed & Sons Convenience Store DBA Dollar Valley & Food Store in Vancouver, BC need 1 full-time permanent Store Supervisor-Retail to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers.
• Manage specified inventory and order stock.
• Assign duties to staff and prepare work schedules.
• Sell merchandise to customers ensuring that best customer service is provided.
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortage.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and cash flow.
• Train new staff.

Job Requirement:

• Completion of Secondary School.
• 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience.

Wages: $27.50 per hour

Hours: 30-35 hours per week.

Overtime wages will be paid for work hours after 35 hours per week.

Work Location: 343 E Hastings Street, Vancouver, British Columbia, V6A 1P3.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Standing for extended periods.
