Job Description - Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


The Support Specialist at Eastman Chemical will be responsible for providing remote technical support to internal and external customers. This includes troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and providing guidance on products and services. The Support Specialist will be required to use a variety of communication channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to assist customers in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, the Support Specialist will be responsible for documenting all interactions and escalating complex issues to higher levels of support when necessary.


Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to customers - Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions - Answer questions about products and services - Document all interactions with customers - Escalate complex issues to higher levels of support - Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues - Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills - Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a technical support role - Confident and resilient personality traits - Leadership and time management skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficiency in relevant software and tools - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
