Lansing Trade Group is seeking a highly motivated and adaptable Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be based remotely in Montreal, Quebec, CA and is at the Associate Level with a minimum of 4 years of experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and respond to online customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service through web chat. 2. Assist with resolving customer concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide support and answer questions related to products and services. 4. Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage workload effectively. 5. Use creativity to develop engaging and informative responses to customer inquiries. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong adaptability and motivation to excel in a fast-paced remote work environment. 3. Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Creativity in problem-solving and developing engaging responses to customer inquiries. 5. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat platforms. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
