Web Chat Assistant - Remote Work

NextEra Energy is seeking a motivated and adaptable Web Chat Assistant to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Utilize negotiation skills to resolve customer concerns and issues effectively - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience - Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude at all times

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Experience with customer service and web chat platforms preferred - Previous experience in people management is a plus

Soft Skills: - Skilled in negotiation techniques to resolve customer issues - Ability to effectively manage relationships with customers
