Villanova College is a traditional, independent, Augustinian, Catholic, day school which emphasizes the development of the whole person. We invite applications for a full-time French Teacher beginning September 2024. Candidates must have the following qualifications and qualities: • University Degree • Bachelor of Education Degree • Certification at the Intermediate/Senior level with the Ontario College of Teachers • Strong computer skills required. Previous experience working in a laptop-based school or previous experience working with Edsby is considered an asset • Ability to participate in our daily after school programs • Supportive of the Catholic teachings in our school • Pastoral reference letter is preferred Co-Curricular • Teaching coverage and assigned duties, as needed, within various grade levels to ensure continuity for students when colleagues are away • Coaching, moderating or leading one cocurricular in arts or athletics after school Villanova College offers a competitive salary and full benefits, including participation in the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
