Hiring Unit: School of Physical and Occupational Therapy Position Summary: The Office Assistant A will be responsible for:
  • Data entry
  • Emails
  • Meeting planning
  • Minutes
  • Assistant with events
  • Letters
  • Scheduling
  • Other tasks as required. Please note, this is a Work/Study position. Please ensure you are work/study approved if applying. Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities Cegep Good English comprehension, spoken, written, Microsoft excel, word and presentation software. Knowledge of French and English: McGill University is an English-language university where day to day duties may require English communication both verbally and in writing. The level of English required for this position has been assessed at a level #3 on a scale of 0-4.
