Engineering Sales Representative Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Develop relationships with clients, comprehensively understanding their distinct needs and challenges. Arrange and oversee client lunches and presentations, and factory and manufacturer tours across North America. Guide customers through the latest advancements in HVAC technology and explain how these innovations can enhance their operations. Product Knowledge: Attend trainings online and across Canada and the USA to learn about our wide array of HVAC products and solutions. Acquire a thorough understanding of the intricacies of our systems, their capabilities, and their customization options to meet specific client requirements. Solution Selling: Prepare proposals and presentations to showcase how our products effectively address client pain points and deliver tangible benefits such as energy efficiency, cost savings, and improved indoor air quality. Market Analysis: Remain at the forefront of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. Utilize this knowledge to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate untapped markets. Technical Support: Collaborate closely with our engineering and technical teams to ensure the seamless integration and implementation of our solutions. Provide ongoing support to clients, promptly addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. Qualifications: 2+ Years of Mechanical HVAC Industry experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with P.Eng certification preferred. Strong technical acumen with the ability to distill complex engineering concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical stakeholders. Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering rapport and credibility with clients. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a fervent passion for driving continuous improvement.
