Additional Information

A day in the life:

AM: - The day begins with a quick meeting with the contractor who is in the factory to assemble a machine you engineered and designed. After clarifying the assembly steps with the team, you finalize a design you have been working on so that you are organized for your design review presentation at 9:30AM. It’s the first design review for this project, and you know that many things will change and that is reflected in your design decisions. You ensured to skip the fine details so that you can quickly present a preliminary 3D model to obtain further directions for your design process. Important points come up during the meeting that require changes and additions, all of which are noted down by yourself to further advance the project.

Later that morning: - You go back in the factory to follow up with the assembly that started this morning. There’s a part that doesn’t fit, so you verify the drawings, measure the part, and realize the machine shop made a mistake. You contact the machine shop and ask them if they can redo the part today. The answer is “yes”, and so you pack up the part and drive to the machine shop to save time. Upon your return, you realize that your orders are late for another project that you are simultaneously working on. You do not hesitate to pick up the phone and contact the supplier.

PM: - You end the day by updating your manager of all updates and changes and then proceeding to finalizing this morning’s design project while staying up to date with the assembly happening in the factory. If you have what it takes, we want to meet you! Ambition Thrives Here! Techo-Bloc is a firm believer in everyone having a voice and the opportunity to make an impact. We value empathy and enthusiasm. If you are determined to support the success of your customers and build a reputation that will set you apart from the competition, this is the place to do it. We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those under consideration will be contacted.
