Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in Salesforce CRM Analytics (formerly known as Einstein, Wave, Tableau CRM). This role is critical for our client ongoing efforts to enhance dashboard functionalities within client's CRM system, supporting multiple high-impact initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop and optimize CRM Analytics dashboards, working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.Identify and implement best practices for creating impactful and insightful CRM dashboards.Design and construct datasets from multiple objects and connections within Salesforce for use in CRM Analytics.Utilize SAQL queries effectively to manipulate data and create dynamic widgets on CRM Analytics dashboards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of CRM systems.Required Qualifications:Proven experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein) is MUST.Strong technical ability in system configuration and user management within Salesforce.Demonstrated experience in building and deploying custom CRM dashboards.Proficient in using SAQL for data querying and analytics purposes.Ability to handle multiple complex projects concurrently and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Excellent communication skills and a track record of successful team collaboration.Previous experience in the banking sector, particularly in CRM projects, is MUSTExperience with banking-specific Salesforce implementations would be considered a significant asset.You must be located in Toronto and able to go to the office at least twice a week
