SALESFORCE TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST contract to hire position 6months to start then Coverting to FT Perm roleNumber of openings: 1Location Montreal PQ CAMust be elegit to work in CanadaLocations preferences in order of preference:Montreal highly preferred. If in Montreal, a few times / month onsite may be requiredOttawa ON may be considered, occasional onsite may be requiredElsewhere in Ontario, mostly remote, needs based onsite may be requiredRoles and responsibilities: The Salesforce Technical Business Analyst will play a critical role in the major transformation of our systems as part of our AI revolution by bridging business needs into technical implementation. They will be central to bringing to market cutting edge technologies leveraging both core CRM features and advanced AI functionality to revolutionize our instance.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and identify opportunities for leveraging Salesforce to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Support technical requirement gathering initiatives by collaborating closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to quickly understand documented business needs as it pertains to the CRM in order to create detailed and actionable technical requirements specifications.Design and support architecting of end-to-end Salesforce solutions that address complex business requirements.Provide guidance on best practices, scalability, and maintainability of the Salesforce platform.Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and document as-is vs. to-be processes.Blend strong business knowledge and system expertise to ensure technical solutions are optimal to support business vision.Drive completion of solution design and manage deliverables from Architecture and User Experience, along with the integration of Salesforce with other systems.Create and maintain documentation including functional specifications, technical designs, and user documentation.Provide training and support to end-users as needed.Develop strategies for effective data migration and management within the Salesforce platform.Develop and execute test plans, perform system testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure the successful deployment of Salesforce solutions.Conduct an impact analysis before any solution implementation to identify and correct any unnecessary and unexpected abnormalities, along with management of technical debt.Collaborate with developers to design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, or other integration tools.Work closely with project managers, developers, and administrators to ensure successful project delivery.Coordinate all critical tasks with Solution Architect when requirements oblige advanced technical expertise.Support Product Owner team in reproducing or finding root cause of incidents.Perform periodic system and architecture analysis to identify potential model and design improvement opportunities.Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.Must have skills and qualifications:You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or other similar role.You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or a related field.You have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization and design.You have a proven track record in business and technical requirement development.You have a strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, and customer relationship management.You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.· You have solid project management experience and the ability to improve business practices.You have an ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.You possess strong communication skills, including effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical cross-functional teams.· You are a self-starter and critical thinker who has a proven track record of maintaining levels of excellence and proactively leading projects.· You are a detail-oriented team player who can work in a high-paced environment with strong focus, demonstrated time-management skills, and an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.· You are flexible to work with internationally based stakeholders and are willing to support their requests when/as required (i.e. communication methods, time zone differences, etc.).You have, as an asset, previously worked with Agile and/or sprint methodologies.You have, as an asset, a Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or Salesforce Solution Architect certification.You have, as an asset, prior experience with Salesforce Einstein, Data Cloud, CRMa, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and/or Mulesoft technologies.
