Job responsibilities: Providing culinary experience to our guests and residents as per our Service commitment, Service Beyond.

• Reports to the Food and Beverage Manager.
• Responsible for all Front of the House Outlets: Rustica(s), Stoney's Bar and Grill, The Patio, The Market, The Golf Course Snack Bar, and over 100 Golf Events, Meetings and Weddings.
• Primary focus on leading, planning, and executing banquet operations.
• Exceeding customer expectations by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building a relationship with customers and residents.
• Maintaining operations by implementing and monitoring policies and standard operating procedures.
• Work closely with the Sales & Event team and guiding the Front of House Team in executing events.
• Ensuring all the equipment and work areas are clean, safe to use, and properly working.
• Monitoring staff performance and provide coaching, training or mentorship as required.
• Providing solutions to the guest complaints, ensuring guests are satisfied and sharing guest concerns & feedback with the Food and Beverage Manager.
• Monitoring and ensuring completion of all opening and closing procedures for events.
• Administrate weekly staff schedule and ensure adherence to the budget.
• Coaching employees on cost controls and implement best practices to ensure financial responsibility.
• Following company guidelines, create a culture of Health & Safety for our guests and the Front of House Team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or GED requires. A diploma or degree in hospitality is an asset.
• Driver's license is required.
• ProServe Certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of Food and Beverage/ Restaurant / Outlet Manager / Banquet experience is required.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada full-time.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible hours.
• Experience with the restaurant point of sale system is an required.
• Able to work overtime is a requirement.
• Able to lift, push or pull up to 40Ibs.
• Able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
