Position Overview:

As a Bartender , your role is to provide outstanding service, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include mastering our drink menu, crafting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, processing payments, and efficiently managing bar inventory. Maintaining a clean and well-organized bar area and accurately balancing cash at the end of each shift are essential aspects of your role.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Have detailed knowledge of all drinking menu items.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages.
• Collect and process payments.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Maintain the bar area stocked, clean and organized.
• Balance your cash at the end of each shift.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual (English and French) and 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Previous working experience as a Bartender/ Barmaid is required.

Exigences:

• Doit être bilingue (français et anglais) et âgé de 18 ans ou plus.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
• Doit être capable de travailler sur vos pieds pendant la durée du quart de travail.
• Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement au rythme rapide.
• Flexibilité pour travailler divers quarts de travail, y compris les week-ends, les soirs et les jours fériés.
• Une expérience professionnelle antérieure en tant que Barman/ Barmaid est requise.
