Job Description - FOH & Inventory Manager

FOH & Inventory Manager Location Calgary, AB :

This Role is most suitable for someone with a great deal of hospitality experience in restaurant industry. Considered as a leadership role across the company.

Location:

We are pleased to announce the opening of one of the most anticipated opening of this year. Maisie Eatery located in one of the most beautifully designed buildings on the banks of Bow River is presenting a massive opportunity to a great deal of hospitality professionals. We are an eatery operation by day and a full scale event management with a great deal of potential to untap. We are part of Calgary Stampede Foundation at Sam Centre set to open in a state of the art free standing building near bow river in May 2024. This role is for immediate hire with a very attractive offering including full extended health benefits and on site parking in a beautiful working environment.

Responsibilities:

In this role you are responsible for the following but not limited to:

- Assisting with the operation of the Eatery, setting out operational guidelines and becoming familiar with the standards and procedures in place.

- Leading your team in Maisie Eatery with excellence, ensure guest service is at the forefront of each experience.

- Delivery of Food items between both of our locations in a timely and effective manor.

- Inventory and Stock Management.

- Ensuring the smooth running all of operations everyday.

- Communicating with leadership any gaps in training or procedure.

- Providing training and support for the Maisie Eatery Team for Bar Functioning.

- Continuous improvement in process and procedure related to the operation.

- Provide exceptional guest services and address any issues or concerns that may arise during events

Skills: - Strong organizational skills- Excellent time management abilities- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with guests, employees and leadership- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances- Inventory and Stock Management

- Full, clean class 5 driver's license

Note: This is not intended to be all-inclusive. Employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
