General Manager (Restaurant Business)

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing Multiple Locations: You’ll be the go-to person for 2-3 restaurants, ensuring smooth operations and happy customers.
• Leading a Team: You’ll manage a fantastic team of 110-150 staff members.
• Training: We provide paid training

• Must have 2-3 years of multi-restaurant experience, including previous work as a General Manager (GM).

Duties:

• Scheduling and handling inventory
• Delegating tasks to employees and ensuring they are carried out accordingly
• Recruiting and interviewing potential employees
• Ensuring smooth transition of new employees in the company
• Effective merchandising
• Organizing promotions
• Ensuring good team delivery of customer service
• Meeting operational expectations
• Maintaining high quality standards
• Serving customers as a backup during busy times
• Motivating staff members
