Job Description - Hozpitality - Front Office Supervisor

Description WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Front office supervisor We are excited to share that Hyatt Regency Calgary has an opportunity for people who love helping people. Please join our Front Office team as a Front Office Supervisor. This role will involve engaging and providing services to our guests ensuring they receive a flawless experience whilst staying with us. What is expEcted of me in this role?§ Understanding of Front Desk Operations which include checking guests in and out of the hotel, leading the teams pre-shifts and sharing the daily tasks of the day § Assist with report generation, scheduling, payroll and inventory management as required § Liaison with other departments, including Housekeeping, Engineering, Guest Hub, Sales and Eventsand Outlets to ensure an amazing experience for our guests § Training Front office team with any new standard operating procedures § Flexible schedule and shift pattern based upon hotel needs § At times you will be required to do overnight shifts, in the absence of Over Night Manager § Valid work authorization for Canada Qualifications: § One year of Front office Supervisor experience or 2 years of Front Desk experience is required. § Knowledge of OPERA PMS and other PMS. § Valid Canadian driver's license equivalent to a Class 5 Province of Alberta driver's license with a minimum of 3 years Canadian driving history. § Clean driver's abstract must be provided by the applicant upon selection.
