Chef/Owner operator.
Looking for full time long term, Junior sous chef ,CDP, 5 years experience minimum.
Professional Large Kitchen, rational oven, sous vide machine, circulator, smoker.
We do everything in house, from dessert to stocks, vinaigrette and mayo, filleting fish and cleaning meat.
Apprenticeship available.
