Job Description - Multi Cuisine Chef/Cook

Responsibilities  

  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Maintain Cleanliness according to Canadian food Standards
  • Creating new recipes to regularly update the menu.
  • Keeping track of new trends in the industry.
  • Incorporating feedback from restaurant staff and patrons to make improvements or resolve issues.

Requirements

Education

  • No degree, certificate or diploma

 

Experience

  • Experience an asset - 2 years minimum preferred

 

Wage

  • $17-24CAD/Hr

  • IELTS/PTE credentials may be required
