Restaurant Manager

MARU HOLDINGS LTD. dba Maru Sushi in Chilliwack, BC seeks a Permanent and F/T RESTAURANT MANAGER.

Duties:

– Plan, organize, direct and control the operation of restaurant;
– Determine services to be offered and implement operational procedures;
– Set staff work schedule and monitor staff performance;
– Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices;
– Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies;
– Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations;
– Resolve customer complaints and
– Hire and train staff and perform other duties as required.

Requirements:
Completion of Secondary school
2~3 years of related work experience
Proficiency in English
$26.50 ~ $28.00 per hour based on 35 to 40 hours per week
