Assignment Start Date: 4/11/2024

13 weeks Varied 8or10hour shifts 40 hours weekly with 32 hours guaranteed weekly

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• New Grad is okay.
• SNF Experience preferred

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• An active unrestricted Physical Therapist license from any U.S. State or Territory

Shift: MonFri

COVID Vaccination: Covid test 72 hours before start date with results issued 48 hours before start date
