As a Clinical Pharmacist at Mint Health + Drugs, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission to provide outstanding pharmaceutical care. Working closely with our pharmacist and other team members, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate dispensing of medications, maintaining inventory control, and providing excellent customer service to our patients. • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy and valid licensure.
• Additional Prescribing Authority or willingness to attain.
• Valid Injection Certification or willingness to attain.

• Proficiency in pharmacy software and database programs.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Takes the initiative and exercises independent judgment.
• Remains current with advances in health and pharmacy-related matters.

• Assess prescriptions for appropriateness, safety, and efficacy.

• Ensure the legality and appropriateness of prescriptions.
• Document all patient interactions and comply with pharmacy legislation.
• Apply medication management principles consistently.
• Promote healthy living and support immunization programs.
• Identify health risks and educate at-risk individuals.
• Assist patients in selecting appropriate self-care regimens.
• Assess treatment options considering the patient's health condition.
• Ensure the safe preparation and handling of medications.
• Document incidents and report adverse drug reactions.
• Act as a professional leader and supervise pharmacy staff.
• Assist with performance evaluation and inventory processes.
