Family Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Bramton. You will provide

comprehensive healthcare services to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion, disease

prevention, and managing chronic illnesses.

Requirements

Masters degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner certification

Current registration with the Nursing regulatory body in Canada

At least 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner

Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple patients with diverse needs

Licensed and in good standing with College of Registered Nurses of Ontario

Basic Life Support for Health Providers or CPR/AED Level C
