Oversees the quality and timeliness of Freedom Mobile's product launches, pricing and promotion launches, device launches, roaming destination launches, IT/Network systems launches, and IT Releases

• Manages the Business Analysis team that is responsible for elicitation of business requirements for cross functional business led IT projects
• Oversees end to end user acceptance testing process
• Oversees the system definition, development and implementation of Freedom Mobile's Pricing, Promotion, product launches and their subsequent iterations;
• Addresses business challenges by developing innovative solutions
• Oversees the UAT and QA planning and execution
• Negotiates complex solutions between senior business and IT leadership
• Vendor management
• Direct, Mentor & supports team members to achieve world class performance

• 5 - 10 years expertise in managing diverse teams, including QA, UAT, Test Automation, Pricing & Promotion implementation. Typically in a mature company each of these teams would have their own leader/manager. The ideal candidate would have spent several years in a succesful startup, where have managed mulitple teams.
• Excels at managing relationships with cross functional stakeholders; effortlessly engages with senior leadership, colleages and team members
• Builds and manages a high performing team
• Expertise in managing outsourced vendors
