We are looking for a talented Mulesoft Platform Architect. You should be able to define and be responsible for an organization’s Anypoint Platform Architecture, Platform Innovation and Guardrails & Best Practices.

The Opportunity

• You define and is responsible for Anypoint Platform Architecture in Roche, Platform Guardrails, Innovation & Best Practices

• You define and deliver the Integration Technology aspects of the projects, including timely production of architectural designs and documentation

• You are a key contributor and advocate of Microservice, API Management, process automation, frameworks in projects and programs

• Participate in a Technical Design Authority to assess and quantify the risks associated with design decisions and communicate these to the relevant parties

• Communicate the implementation approach and design methodology to the federated DevOps teams

• Lead a team to create innovative solutions to boost the developer's productivity

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science or a related field with over 7 years of application and data integration experience.

• Hands-on expertise and worked as an Integration Technology Architect on the adoption of Hybrid Integration or iPaaS solutions with a particular focus on the Mulesoft Anypoint platform that includes API Designer, API manager, and API studio.

• Mandatory certifications: MCD, MCIA, MCPA in MuleSoft.

• Experience designing public and private enterprise solutions using standards such as OAS, RAML, REST based APIs, Async API, GraphQL.

• Solid understanding of the API life cycle, solution architecture, and technical documentation, including logical and physical architecture, and systems design artifacts.

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of integration architecture concepts and patterns, including Microservices, Service Oriented Architecture, Batch Integration, RESTful JSON services, Pub / Sub etc. including Event Driven Architecture.

• Good experience in Mulesoft RunTime Fabric, Kubernetes-based Platform automation.

• Excellent communication skills.

• These are assets: 

  • Hands-on Kubernetes expertise on Rancher, EKS.

  • CICD expertise in GitLab.

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure.

  • Scripting Languages such as Python, JS, NodeJS, Bash, etc.

  • Knowledge of Solace Event Broker.

  • Experience delivering in the scrum, agile methodologies.
