Production Lead

Position Purpose:

The Production Lead will direct staff, ensure staff is working safely, set up and run equipment, and ensure production is met by performing the following key job activities:

• Safety – Ensure team members are using PPE, and ensure machines/ shop is safe as we keep the plant clean
• Process Management – Lead process improvement, problem-solving, and productivity improvement
• Production Management – Oversee production, assign jobs/tasks to personnel
• Trains and Coaches Team Members - Provides instruction and guidance

Key Job Activities:

• Safety, Production, Training, Process and Production Management
• On-hand daily usage of machinery included but not limited to panel saw & CNC (wood-working) machine
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 1+ years of leadership experience is a plus
• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in production management and wood working is preferred
