Our primary focus is to provide the best possible holistic care to our patients to promote overall wellness and vitality. Our clinic offers a range of services including chiropractic, physiotherapy, pelvic-floor physiotherapy, kinesiology, acupuncture, massage therapy, shockwave therapy, laser therapy, decompression therapy and custom orthotics, all aimed at supporting our clients’ physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Overview:- Join our team at Back and Body Wellness Centre, a leading wellness clinic dedicated to holistic health and vibrant living. We are seeking a warm, organized, and customer-focused individual to serve as our receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. This is a permanent/full time position. Primary Responsibilities:-Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor.Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members.Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.Process payments and handle billing inquiries accurately.Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.Provide support to practitioners and staff as needed.Co-ordinate patient appointments with the practitioner’s schedule.Stock rooms with gowns/towels etc.Willing to learn and be coachable. Job Requirements :-Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.Efficient in prioritizing workflow & willing to work under tight deadlines and schedules.Knowledge of wellness practices or experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.Minimum One year of MOA/Receptionist experience needed.
