Your Contribution As a Junior/Intermediate Electrical Engineer, you will work in collaboration with the Electrical Design Team Your main responsibilities will be: Responsibilities

• Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules
• Assist in developing, planning, organizing, and carrying the design of various electrical projects using AutoCAD and Revit
• Preparing and verifying drawings and specifications
• Reviewing shop drawings
• Carry out and assist with field inspection and field data collection
• Assist in the preparation of reports, specifications, proposals and presentations
• Assist in the preparation of cost estimates
• Assist with site Investigations and studies
• Assist in the preparation of Building condition audits and asset management planning
• Adhere to project budgets and objectives
• Attend project meetings with Clients and other design team members
• Coordinate with other design disciplines
• Participate in internal and external project meetings
• Dealing with clients, contractors and suppliers in the positive promotion of the firm

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited University
• Eligibility or enrollment as an Engineer in Training with Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists New Brunswick
• Valid P.Eng. designation for the Province of New Brunswick.
• 0 to 8 years’ electrical design and drafting experience.
• Experience in the consulting industry would be an asset
• Project management experience would be an asset for an Intermediate position.
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, bilingual (French) would be an asset
• Experience with electrical engineering tools such as AGI32 and SKM PowerTools would be an asset
• High level of integrity and work ethic
• Attention to detail while multi-tasking
• An understanding of product results
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills that will allow you to work on numerous projects concurrently, and update reoccurring tasks
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to produce well‑written reports and technical specifications
• Ability to work in a team environment
