RQ - Senior- Business Analyst

Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, where is in drive innovative solutions for public sector healthcare initiatives. With over 10 years of experience in IT, including expertise in business analysis and proficiency in emerging technologies like Salesforce, you'll lead and conduct analyses to address complex business challenges and enhance service delivery across healthcare systems.

Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.

Must:

• IT Knowledge and Experience:

  • Over 10 years of experience leading business analysis and documenting requirements for technology solutions.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and awareness of emerging IT trends.

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM products and cloud-based technologies.

• Business Analysis Skills:

  • Extensive experience leading business analysis, creating procedures for deploying changes, and conducting ongoing analysis throughout project life cycles.

  • Expertise in documenting business requirements and applying I&IT to business problems.

• Public Sector/Healthcare Experience:

  • 5+ years working with public sector healthcare providers, knowledge of Public Sector Enterprise Architecture and industry standards.

  • Experience with large complex IT Health-related projects.

• General Skills:

  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven ability in troubleshooting, critical thinking, and consulting.
